Checkout and Submit Your Order

Description

Your Order will be saved each time you visit the Web Site until you checkout and submit it. Until then, you can clear the order, modify it or add more items.

Viewing Your Order

To view your order at any time, click My Order.

Submitting Orders for Processing or Approval

Users requiring approval will submit their order for approval and users not requiring approval will submit their order for processing. Orders awaiting approval can be approved and submitted for processing by approvers.

To checkout and submit your order for processing or approval:

  1. Click Check out to view Shipping and Payment.

  1. Verify your billing and shipping address. If you wish to ship to a different location, see Shipping to a Different Location.

  2. Select a shipping and payment method.

  3. If available, enter a PO #.

  4. To use Express Checkout for all future orders, select Use the Shipping and Payment methods above for all future Express Checkouts.

  5. Select a scheduling option as immediate, delayed or recurring.

  6. Then click Continue.

  1. If your order does not require approval, verify your order once more, then click Submit Order.

  2. If your order does require approval, verify your order once more, then click Submit for Approval. Once your order is approved, you will be notified and the order will be submitted for processing.

  3. Once the order confirmation is displayed, click the printable page link "here" to see a printable order confirmation page.

Delaying Order Processing (Future Orders)

Instead of processing your order immediately, you can provide a future date to process your order. Until this future date arrives, you can cancel or modify this order from the Unplaced Orders page.

To schedule a future order:

  1. Click Delay processing of this order under the Advanced Options of the first Checkout page.

  2. Select Delayed.

  3. Enter a date or select one from the pop-up window.

Scheduling Recurring Orders (Recurring Orders)

You can have your order automatically placed on a recurring basis. Once your order is submitted, you can cancel or modify future recurring orders.

To schedule a recurring order:

  1. Click Schedule this order to recur under the Advanced Options of the first Checkout page.

  2. Select Recurring.

  3. Select frequency as weekly, every other week, monthly or annually.

  4. Enter date or select one from the pop-up window to begin processing the first order.

  5. Select the duration of the recurring order in years.

Note: If an order requires approval before being processed and future or recurring scheduling is selected, then the order will be sent to the approval on the scheduled processing date.
