The areas or functions of our web site that require you to login are:

At the start of every visit to our Web Site, returning online customers should login first to access their specific account information. To login:
Click Login on the top of any page.
Note: If available, you can login directly from the home page.
Enter your User ID created when your account was created.
Enter your Password created when your account was created.
Select Web Site Page to view after login.
Note: By default, the web site goes to the home page. If you want to go to a specific page, select it from the list.
Note: If you successfully login a "Gold Bar" will appear briefly across the top of the page showing your name, account number and a link to Your Order. If your login is unsuccessful, a message in red is displayed: "Invalid User ID and/or Password. Please re-enter." You have three attempts to login. After the third unsuccessful attempt, you will be locked out of our web site. If after logging in, you leave the computer unattended for 60 minutes, you will be automatically logged out.
