Accurate marginal fit is essential to achieve long term success with restorations from both the mechanical and biological points of view. KATANA™ Zirconia Block (A) shows smooth margins. A lithium disilicate glass ceramic (B) shows irregular margins.

KATANA™ Zirconia Block, the innovative multi layered zirconia block, can be used with Dentsply Sirona's CEREC system. A new 18-minute sintering program has been developed and is now ready to install. The new technology makes it possible to fabricate a full zirconia single unit restoration in approx. 35 minutes.
