The platform employs single-sign-on technology, which means if you login to your Henry Schein Online account you will not have to login in again when accessing the Thrive Rewards platform.

Point Earning & Redemption

Thrive Rewards Points earned at the Silver, Gold and Platinum levels expire 2 years after the date issued. Rewards points earned at the Bronze level expire 1 year after the date issued. For clients practicing in Quebec, Thrive Rewards Points expire as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment

All of your locations that have a common Billing account number will be automatically added to your enrollment. If a new location is added to your practice after enrollment, that location will be auto-enrolled within 24 hours. If your practice includes multiple Billing accounts please contact Customer Service at 1-800-668-5558 for more information on how to proceed.

A member who has enrolled in Thrive Rewards can expect to have their account activated within 2 business days after enrollment confirmation is received.
Your Thrive Rewards account administrator can access your Rewards Dashboard by logging into your Henry Schein Online account. Once you are in the Dashboard, navigate to "Authorized Users" on the left hand navigation menu to view all users on the Thrive Rewards account. Select the edit icon on the user you would like to deactivate, change the status from active to inactive, and save the change.

Privileges Rewards

Yes, on October 4th, 2023, existing Privileges Rewards members will be transferred to the new program. However, before you can access this new account you need to log in to your Henry Schein Online Account and accept the new Terms & Conditions to complete the registration process with Thrive Rewards. Thrive Rewards membership will be established at the Bill-To account level. (Please see our Terms and Conditions for details regarding current Privileges Rewards Members eligible for Thrive Rewards)
Yes, Privileges Rewards Points will be transferred to your new Thrive Rewards account once the new Terms and Conditions have been accepted (for example, a points balance of 10K in Privileges Rewards will transfer to Thrive Rewards as a 10K points balance). The standard redemption value of Thrive Rewards Points is $0.0033/point.
The current Privileges Rewards program will be discontinued on September 30, 2023, and at that point the Thrive Rewards program will be the sole loyalty rewards program. Current Privileges Rewards members will be able to redeem their Privileges Rewards points up until the program is discontinued and will also receive several reminder notifications prior to it being discontinued.

Members also receive discounts on Service and ProRepair Labour, automatically qualify for extended labour warranty of up to 1 year on Large Equipment purchases and earn exclusive Member discounts on rental equipment. Tier Status (Program Level)

Tier status is determined at the time of enrollment based upon your Merchandise and Small Equipment purchases in the prior 12 months. Tier status is reviewed upon account anniversary (date of enrollment or date of last tier increase) and will be adjusted if you qualify for a different tier based upon your purchases in the prior 12 months.
Yes, you will be notified of any tier status change via email. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for your new benefits to be the reflected in the system.
Tier status is reviewed at the account anniversary date (date of enrollment or date of last tier increase). You can keep your tier status by maintaining your prior 12 month purchase requirement required for each tier.
Any time your purchases over the last 12 months increase to the next tier minimum purchase threshold, tier status (and anniversary date) will be automatically adjusted. Tier status will be evaluated at the anniversary date and adjusted to the appropriate program level based upon purchases in the prior 12 months.
